To ensure the reliability of information, EEN support offices will screen and validate registrations before they will be made visible on the website.
Please, understand that this validation process may take some days but has the objective to increase the quality of the event for all participants.
To raise your visibility on this platform, submit a clear and concise organization description and at least one clear marketplace item (mandatory for the one-to-one meetings).

Within your profile, the following information must be described:
1. Organisation Description
- General description of your activities and link to mobility, energy, climate interests
- Expertise
- Website of your organization
- Cluster 5 calls of interest and keywords (Areas of Activity)
2. ‘Marketplace item’
For participating to B2B meetings, at least one of the following ‘Marketplace items’ has to be selected and described. The description has to be clear and related to the topics of the event:
- Project Cooperation – in case you have a Horizon Europe project idea or proposal in development and are looking for specific cooperation partner(s) to join you.
Description of the project idea you are interested in developing and the type of cooperation partner(s) you are looking for your project. - Expertise
Description of the kind of expertise, competences & know-how you offer.

This B2B matchmaking event aims to help participant organizations to find potential partners to present proposals to the Horizon Europe 2021 calls linked to mobility and energy.
The B2B matchmaking should not be used by consultants to sell their advisory services to clients. Consultants with specific expertise to become partners of Horizon Europe projects are welcome, provided they explain this expertise and give references of past projects (i.e. Horizon 2020) they have been involved in.
